Cheyenne was a member of McDaniel Chiropractic and Middlebury Sport and Spine for over 5 years. We were so sad to see her go for a short time but…. We are THRILLED to welcome her BACK!

She is back with us as our billing and insurance coordinator and working behind the scenes.

We are open all week, but closed on Thursday for the 4th of July

The room isn’t complete yet, but we’ve got a new toy in the office and we’re so excited about it!

So many of our patients are interested in increasing their exercise but fear adding/ increasing load will cause injury.

*Spoiler* Adding load doesn’t cause injury. Loading improperly causes injury.

Our hope is that by having a squat rack and barbell (coming soon), we can encourage our patients to be less fearful of lifting weights and adding load to their spines 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️

Next week’s office hours- we are open every day except Thursday. We’ll be closed for the holiday but otherwise here as normal

Remember to take good care of your spine while out and about- lifting properly, avoiding bending for prolonged periods, taking breaks and keeping hydrated are just a few good tips to keep in mind. And if you do find yourself a bit more sore after gardening, give us a call!

We are closed in observance of Memorial Day. Thank you to all those who have served and given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We might be a little biased, but we think we’re pretty darn lucky to be based in Addison County.

Here at Middlebury Sport and Spine, we proudly support that Did you know that Dr. Mary was a flyer cheerleading at UMass Amherst, then switched to diving and placed at the A10 Championships while Dr. Caitlin was a cheerleader at the University of South Carolina!
