I was out of the gym for nearly 3 months due to financial troubles and I’m finally back. But, doing this alone is a completely different ballgame. I’m really struggling to kick start the progress. It is exhausting and mentally challenging. I’m trying all I know and I’m seeing slow progress, but man oh man it is not easy. Kudos to y’all who have no coach/partner, this is 💩

4 months have passed, 500+ followers have left, and we moved! Getting life back on track, so it’s time to start prep. Leggoooo!

to 2017, where it all began. When the fire struck. When I had no clue what I was doing. The knowledge I’ve acquired along the way has helped me become a better person. Health, fitness, nutrition, medical issues, internal health, so many factors.

I’ve had much time to decide what I want in life. My love for food and helping people is really just who I am. I’m a mom, a wife, and I love to love. I genuinely care about others well being. Something about the satisfaction one gets when fulfilling a difficult task makes me whole. I want to see people do better, make better choices, live a better life for God, for your family, children, for yourself.

The countless hours and years of knowledge from an endless database, Along with the personal experiences in the past 6 years make me comfortable and confident in my ability to help you. I’ve been doubted my whole life, but my God and my husband have instilled it in me and I know I will do great things. Here’s to new chapters. New people. New things.

How I’m walking into 2023.

What an experience this was. This whole life. Bodybuilding. Being a mom. A wife. Among many other things is a challenge. I guess said it best when she spoke on Resistance.

Our whole life is based on it. We must keep going. Embrace the experience, the process, the knowledge. It’s all part of the plan. Just keep going!!!!

Sorry I’ve been absent, my mind was shut off from social media this past week…

But Wow! What an experience. I am so thankful for this opportunity in life. I’m thankful for my husband and you guys making this happen. I’ve been surrounded with a lot of positive people and I couldn’t be more happy. Although I didn’t get my pro card, I am happy with 3rd on a National Stage!

But above all, your support means more than any trophy…thank you for the kind words and congratulations!!!

As I get ready to leave for Nationals, I have to stop and thank you for the season we had together. Thank you for the knowledge that I acquired in our time together. In 7 short days I’ll be walking on stage with some of the baddest amateur competitors in North America!

I’m taking a moment to reflect…I’m super proud of myself. I come from a life where I was encouraged to quit/give-up. But I have done just the opposite. Now I have the chance to become a Professional athlete. Wow. God is good, even when we aren’t.

Special thanks to my husband, who has held my hand, built me up, not let me down, pushed me when I wanted to quit, been super patient during my 3 preps this year 😬, and understanding.

I’m not a great cheerleader because I’m easily overwhelmed, but you sir….you are the best cheerleader in the whole world. I could be a pencil and look like a rag doll and you would still make me feel like the most empowered woman on the planet. I love you so much. Thank you for always believing in me. My best friend, my love. ❤️

When the legs start to dry up (a little late, but I’ll take it) my phone storage runs out. Let’s see what we can do in 25 days. 💪

The body is funny. One second you think you know it and the next second it throws you for a loop. That’s okay. I’m figuring it out, again. Just letting these legs play catch up. 25 days until showtime!

I can see the light!

In 29 Days I’ll be in a state that I’ve never been to. Stepping on stage with some of the best competitors in the BB industry. What a privilege. I’m forever grateful for bodybuilding. It’s given me so much more than a physique. I met my husband, gained true friendships, learned so much (still doing that), but most importantly-I changed. I became a better person. And for that I am most proud.

No one can get in the way more than yourself. Quit blaming other people for your own short comings. Get up and do the work. End of story.
