I used to always hear parents tell kids to "respect their elders" which is important, but the problem is the elders never respected the kids first to show them what respect even looks like.

You know you are a mom when you see this and childbirth is the first thing to cross your mind 🤭

We spend so much time as moms worried about our kids getting hurt, but I never expected my 3 year old to give me a concussion from a headbutt! 😳🥴😅

I love the idea of keeping close with my family, especially my kids. The thought of them moving far away one day weighs heavy on my heart and my oldest is only 13 😭
Please tell me I'm not alone in this 🥺

Have you ever had to learn a lesson twice for it to actually stick? I swear it hits harder the second time!

Hey everyone! 👋

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Victoria and I am a stay at home mom of 3 amazing children.

I have a 12 year old, an almost 3 year old and a 4 month old baby.

I also have a pretty awesome husband that I don't know how I would live without.

I am a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, but I never really pursued it as a career. I found out really quickly that having to call people to make sure they were sticking to a healthy lifestyle just wasn't for me....
..probably because I wasn't very good at it myself. 🙃

I knew I wanted to do something to help people, but it had to be authentic to me. Nothing that I could come up with felt quite right over the years, so I didn't pull the trigger on any of my ideas.

Until now.
