Yesterday, I got to make these super cool vegan Spider-Man cupcakes! It was my first time working with such a complicated design. I think they came out pretty awesome!

•Espresso Bean- This cupcake has a chocolate base, whipped coffee for frosting, and crushed espresso been and chocolate topping.

•Cookies & Cream- This one has a chocolate base, vanilla buttercream with oreo cookie filling, chocolate drizzle and topped with oreos.

•Peanut Butter Chocolate- This flavor has a chocolate base, peanut butter buttercream, chocolate drizzle, and it was topped with a Reese’s peanut butter cup!

This is one of the most requested flavors, and after having pretty much everyone I know taste-test for me, here they are.

🍀 Mint Chocolate Chip- These cupcakes have a chocolate chip base, but replace the "chip" with Andes mint pieces. They have a sweet, but also refreshing, mint buttercream. On top of the buttercream is a variety of Andes mint shavings, and chocolate ganache drizzle. Finally, they are topped with, you guessed it, a whole Andes Mint.

This flavor is a must-try and released just in time for St. Patrick's Day. 🌈
