This month brought concerning news for healthcare providers. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have made another reduction to physician payments for Medicare. The planned payment rate for 2024, also referred to as the "conversion factor," is slated to be even lower than what was set nearly three decades ago in 1994, not accounting for the compounded effect of inflation.

Despite these changes being finalized by CMS, there's still room for action. Congress has the power to step in and safeguard both patients and healthcare professionals. We can make a difference by voicing our concerns.

Jerk Fest Weekend: April 9th and 10th!

Good morning! This weekend, I need to make some money, which should be great news for those who don't driving to Midlothian for pickup.

Since this is the first time in a while that I have conducted a Jerk fest weekend, I am requiring that you pre-pay for orders. You can call me or DM me for pickup address or any additional questions; otherwise, you can leave a memo with your PayPal payment to include the total numbers of chickens desired and requested pickup time.

Minimum Order: 1 Chicken = $20.00
Sunday Special: 10 Chickens for $200.00

Saturday Jerk Grilling Times: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Sunday Jerk Grilling Times: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

When requesting your desired pickup time, the earliest you can pick up your chicken on Saturday is 11:20 AM, and Sunday is 1:20 PM. In short, it takes 1Hr & 20Mins to grill and prepare your order.

Additionally, the grilling stops at 8PM on both days, so keep that in mind.

For those who have never tried our Jamaican Jerk Chicken, you better ask somebody :-)! Lastly, if you prepay for an order and do not pick it up, I guarantee that my family will eat it, so thanks in advance:-).
