In this day in time it is imperative we start on our journey to healing. Hard times come for you to learn, grow and ascend to a new level of consciousness. Growth without pain is just living. So begin to practice how to balance the yin-yang of life. ❤🧡💚

grat•i•tude (noun): the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Stand in this moment and show gratitude for the lessons that you are learning or what you have learned. These lessons we learned are to teach us so we can evolve into a better version of ourselves. Just breathe. It’s going to be okay. Remember it’s a journey not a race✨

Step into your essence, it was divinely given to you. Remember, we are spiritual beings just having a human experience✨

09/19/2020

As a spiritual being having a human experience we are much more than labels, titles and clicks. Instead of seeking to belong we should be seeking beyond what we see in our bodies & our skin. Wisdom & Knowledge comes from when we see beyond the physical into the ⚛metaphysical and then finding a way to combine the two in order to obtain 💫🧘🏾‍♀️Divine Clarity🧘🏾‍♀️💫. Seek for the answers within yourself to become the best You and the UNIVERSE will align those that are like minded to you to enjoy the Journey of Life together. Be YOURSELF beyond the LABELS 💚🤎💚

09/06/2020

Don’t forget to show gratitude. We often forget to thank the universe for showing us the lesson that we needed to learn. If it wasn’t for that lesson do you think you would have elevated mental level and understanding of where you are now? Without lessons ,we can’t grow. Remember to breathe and show gratitude ✨☀️

09/06/2020

YOU WILL RISE! When you feel like your at your weakest point, that’s when you are about to have a break through. Being comfortable only makes you stagnant when you need to grow. Remember there’s only one you.

09/06/2020

During the time of healing, people will see you healing. They will give their opinions. Sometimes that advice might not be the best. That’s why it is important to listen to your intuition. Your soul is divinely connected, nothing is a mistake. Remember to breathe and stay grounded✨☀️
