🏡🔑🎉 After months of searching, negotiating, and dreaming, this wonderful couple officially closed on their first home, but what a journey! Hurry up and wait, is the game of real estate, but it’s also the rule of having a baby. So when you’re waiting to for the closing date and you’re expecting your first baby all in the same weekend, life can be overwhelming to say the least.

The baby was due on a Friday, the closing on a Monday.. and although neither happened the day we planned or hoped for, it turned out perfect. 🍼👶This beautiful baby girl didn’t want to miss the closing party, so she decided to enter the world first.. and the closing would have to wait.

From negotiating deals, to supporting my clients, to welcoming new members into the family, today reaffirmed why I love what I do! 💖
