Millington Primary Parent Teacher Organization Supports the Students, Teachers and Families at MPS.
We cannot wait to see all of our amazing Trojan families this evening at our end of the year carnival!
Remember that some vendors, concessions & punch card purchases are cash only.
Punch cards may be purchased at the entry of the carnival. If you purchased during the pre-sale or have a third grade student who earned free tickets as a testing incentive, you may claim those punch cards at the ticket booth.
Have dinner at one our our awesome food trucks and don’t forget to visit our BOGO book fair!

PTO Board Elections are happening for the upcoming year of 2024-2025. If you are interested in running for a board position please reach out to Ms. Londo so that we can add your name to the ballot.
Board Positions and Descriptions Available:
The President Shall:
-Be present at all meetings of the organizations.
-Coordinate the work of the other officers and committees.
-Be a designated signatory on checks and vouchers unless related to the Treasurer.
-Perform other such duties as stated in the by laws or as directed by the executive committee.
The Vice President Shall:
-Act as an aide to the President.
-Perform the duties of the President in the President's absence or inability to serve.
-Perform other such duties as stated in the bylaws or as directed by the executive committee.
The Secretary shall:
-Record the minutes of all meetings of the organization.
-Be prepared to read the records of any previous meeting.
-Keep a permanent record and file all records.
-Maintain a current copy of the bylaws.
-Maintain a membership roster.
-Perform other such duties as stated in the bylaws or as directed by the executive committee.
The Treasurer shall:
-Have custody of the funds of this organizations.
-Keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures in the books belonging to this organization.
-Make disbursements as authorized by the President and executive committee in accordance with the budget adopted by the organization.
-Verify that all checks or vouchers are signed by two officers.
-Present a financial statement at every meeting of the organization and at any other time requested by the executive committee.
-Present an annual report of the financial condition of the organization.
-Perform other such duties as provided in the bylaws or as directed by the executive committee.

On Monday, PTO and Scooter’s coffee welcomed back our faculty and staff from spring break! Scooter’s donated coffee and PTO provided donuts.
Tuesday was Scooter’s coffee day of giving in support of Millington Primary PTO! We were excited to receive a check worth $305 today! Thank you Scooter’s coffee of Millington and to all who stopped by to support our school!

Just before spring break, MPS PTO completed our Restock project! We were excited to provide items requested by all teachers and our school nurse. The teachers were thrilled!
We are beyond grateful for all of the wonderful donations and support received during this project!
Tomorrow is our Scooter’s Coffee Day of Giving! Don’t forget to stop by and grab yourself a treat, 10% of proceeds go to benefit our school!
We have had so much fun watching our Trojans celebrate and learn during Read Across America week! Thank you to our volunteers who helped create these treats for MPS Students to enjoy!

What a fun night of learning with our 2nd graders! Thank you to all who attended!
