Hi everyone, A few years ago I was super tight. Tense, having nerve pain and in general on the way to having mobility issues in my later years. Which are rapidly approaching. I started a regular stretch routine and now I can easily tie my shoes and navigate steps. Seriously, that was all I was trying to accomplish at first. Flexibility and mobility are a part of daily life that I had been taking for granted and it really is a use it or lose it situation. Simple stretch routines make such a big difference in how I feel and how easy (or not) movements for daily life tasks are! That inspired me to go do some in depth study on the subject. If your goal is a split great I can get you there! If your goal is to remain seated and make progress great! We can do that too. I am passionate about helping people feel better and improve their health through movement. I am also certified in adaptive training and assisted stretch. We will get you stretched! My classes are Tue morning along side a kids class (in another room) with Molly at 10. If you need childcare this is an excellent option. I have another Thursday nights at 7. Amanda also has a flexibility and mobility class on Tuesday at 5 as well. She is an excellent trainer and will help you get moving ! Join us and get flexy!

Not flexible? No problem! This class will start where you are, if you need to stay seated or use a chair for stability? No problem! This is designed to get people moving and stretching in a relaxed environment. Bands, props like yoga blocks and chairs will be available. Some assisted stretch will be offered. No Stress Burlesque is doing leg day a little differently. Come learn beginner floor moves that are all in the legs . We will warm up, do some conditioning and then take it to the floor to swirl, tick tock , peek a boo and even a "party trick" or two.
