EIS in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking hard-working Woodworkers to fill our 1st and 2nd Shift Woodworker positions. Our Woodworkers work in a highly creative environment where they build and assemble divider walls in restaurants, countertops for showrooms, and art elements using various woodworking hand tools and equipment. These individuals will need to be safety-conscious individuals and maintain a clean and neat work environment.

On a given day, you'll work on a variety of tasks that might include:
• Cut and build all stock wood components needed by the upholstery department according to procedures, job travelers, and ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications.
• Check the job order for correct counts and sizes.
• Build all stock components for the upholstery department.
• Use the computer system station to clock in and out of jobs, issue materials, and close jobs.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

You're going to need these skills to carry out this job:
• Ability to read a tape measure and apply accurate measurements to build projects.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to accept change in daily activities and show strong initiative.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand 8+ hours.
