We’re closing up shop for Easter Sunday. Pizza-making will be back to business as usual on Tuesday (Go Vote!)!

Very apropos for a Friday in Wisconsin, or for all of March for that matter... meet this month's POM: Saint Saly. We found that our house-marinated and baked salmon, usually found on our Salmon Avocado salad, works wonderfully on a pizza. On a garlic sauce base with a bit of shredded mozzarella and red onions, we also bake in some very thinly sliced lemon medallions. Post-oven, we finish with some capers and a sprinkling of fresh dill. Buon apetito!

Our July POM is a crowd favorite and back by popular demand. You guessed it— The ELOTE, our Mexican street corn inspired pizza 🌽

This is a garlic sauce and mozzarella pizza with roasted corn, plus a dusting of cayenne, chili powder, and parmesan. We top this off with fresh cilantro and crumbles of queso fresco. Need I say more? 🤤

Latin Sessions, Transfer's summer music series, is back for the first time since the pandemic. The series was named by our dearly departed brother, Cecilio Negron Jr, in 2016. He had already been bringing CNJ Latin Jazz Trio to our stage on a regular basis. Our records go back to 2015, but since then, CeeLoe has led groups here 30 times. 14 times with CNJ, and the rest with other ensembles including Bahia, Experiencia Bohemia, Conjunto Tipica, and more, introducing our audiences to many new musicians and cultural approaches to music. The impact and legacy of Cecilio is impossible to overstate.

One of CeeLoe's favorite phrases was, "To Be Continued." So here we are, moving on: Latin Sessions kicked off again last week, and tonight CNJ Latin Jazz trio returns with CeeLoe's uncle, Alberto Rivera, in his stead. Of course, he'll be joined by the other long-time pillars of CNJ, Joey Sanchez on bass and Niel Davis on guitar. We are honored to welcome them back as we all move on together in celebration and gratitude.

A state supreme court judgeship, many municipal judgeships, three state referendums, and one county referendum are on the ballot.
