We have some new menu items this weekend!
Royale and Kraut pizza: Royale, smoked ham, house made Sauerkraut with cabbage and a side of Caraway aioli!
Salt Roasted Sweet Potatoes: sweet potatoes roasted in the wood oven, topped with Antares, pickled red onion and herbs!
Chocolate Mousse: vahlrona dark chocolate, espresso, whipped cream and fleur de sel!
We also have a couple Chicory Pizzas left with Radicchio and blue cheese!

2022 was an great year for !
Nothing would have been possible without my amazing staff! We had less employees this last summer and produced more than we ever have!
Our pizzas have gotten better! More consistent! We have been nailing our service and pizza times also! This is because our staff has taken a lot of pride in our product and have gone above and beyond to make things better!
Every Saturday our whole staff would show up early mornings for and then go straight to running the restaurant at night, while I ran events!
Personally, in July, I was able to purchase the real estate Northern Fires sits on, to make sure we aren’t going anywhere for a long time!
I was able to have a location to host my “Family Reunion” as we carved pumpkins and ate pizza!
2023 should be EPIC!
We’ve been training new summer staff over the last month! The team is deeper with talent than ever before!
We are planning on expanded hours during the week! (Very soon!)

We’ve been understaffed for a while, like a lot of restaurants these days, and unfortunately it’s going to start effecting our schedule a little for the next couple weeks.
We’ve booked our busiest event schedule since we started this business, which we are very grateful for!
Unfortunately we don’t have enough staff to run our events at keep the restaurant open as much as we would like. We will need to close the restaurant on Saturdays here and there so we can execute all of our markets and events. As we train in new staff we will extend our hours again!
We will keep you updated each week. We will be at Mill City Farmers Market every Saturday 8am-1pm and our shop will be open every Wednesday-Friday 12-8pm!
We appreciate your understanding and we promise we will be back to our full hours as soon as possible!
