5 days! Are you ready to do some stargazing at Magic of the Stars?
Meteor Shower in August 2023: From blue moon to a meteor shower, sky has many shiny surprises for you this month! Here’s all you need to know This month's sky is quite eventful as there will be two full moons in August, and both are supermoons. Plus, there's a meteor shower to look forward to.
Blessed Lammas! Only 6 days till festival!
“Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit!”
🌾A blessed first of August to You!🌾
An abundant Lúnasa/Lammas! (Northern hemisphere) 🌾💛
A hopeful Imbolc/Brigid’s Day! (Southern hemisphere) 🕯️💛
And a bright Full Supermoon in Aquarius to All, Shining Souls! 🌕
Saying “Rabbit rabbit rabbit" aloud upon waking on the first day of a new month is an old charm to ensure good fortune throughout the month.
✨🐇🐇🐇✨
“Additionally, the Rabbit and Hare have also long been associated with the Goddess and were the totem of several: the hare to Artemis and Hecate, the sacred rabbit to Aphrodite, to Holda who was accompanied by several torch-bearing hares, to Cerridwen and Freyja who both had hare attendants, and, of course, to Eostre who was said to have taken the shape of a hare at each full moon and whose Anglo-Saxon counterpart, Ostara, was often depicted with a white hare by her side.
There are many more goddesses associated with or attended to by both rabbits and hares and, in such, these gentle creatures can assist us in becoming more attuned to the lunar cycle. All rabbits in general are associated with the Moon, magick, luck, love, creativity, success, sensitivity, agility, spontaneity, abundance, rebirth and, of course, fertility.”

🐰Note: In addition to the article above, throughout Mesoamerica, the rabbit also attends the goddesses Coyolxauhqui and Ixchel, and in Chinese mythology, the Moon goddess Chang’e has a rabbit companion who mixes an elixir of life in a mortar and pestle.

The schedule is finally here! 🎉🎉🎉
🎉 YOUTH PROGRAMMING!!! 🎉
This year we are so blessed to have wonderful volunteers who are donating time, funds, and supplies to help re-create the Kids Cauldron and the Teen Tent at Sacred Harvest! Everyone is encouraged to volunteer with supervision and bring activities for our amazing Youths!
🧚 Kids Cauldron - The Kids Cauldron is a place where kids can come relax, color, read, and participate in craft projects if they chose to during the festival. Check your schedule for planned activities! Work shifts are available to help with supervision. When there isn't a teen or adult present, children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling when they come to participate in a workshop or activity.
🦸♂️Teen Tent - The Teen Tent will be a sacred space for the teens/young adults to gather, socialize, and play games.
📿 Tween Beads - Children ages 10-12 will be given a necklace and bead upon arrival to the festival. When they are "caught being good" and a ticket is filled out for them, they can exchange the ticket for another bead. The goal is to fill the necklace up with beads and proudly wear them to show all of their contributions to the community. A small gift will be given at the end of the festival to those who participate.
❗️❗️❗️ 📣 This is it! Final call! 📣 ❗️❗️❗️
If you would like your merchant booth included in the programming booklet, please fill out the Merchant form when you register AND email us at [email protected]. The schedule is finalized but we are waiting on our wonderful vendors during their busiest season to be able to send the program to the printers!!!

Meet our Presenters!
Stacey is a long-time devotee of the Heathen gods, having been involved with Theodism since she and her husband 1st formed Fresena Rike (until it has been disbanded) and the now current Axenthof Thaid.
Over the many years of honing her practice, she has had the honor of becoming friends with many different Heathen and Theodish groups in the Midwest and East Coast. The groundwork of how Stacey does things was planted by her family and parents with a strong respect for the environment and learning how to use what is presented in front of you, be it making string from nettles, perceiving the smallest bees in your yard, or figuring out what to do with an obscene amount of zucchini. While learning lore in the libraries, scooping scholarship while on side quests and with a robust aptitude for ADHD style crafting, she has created an intuitive practice that she is eager to share with others. She also makes a mean chocolate zucchini cake.
