Mail-Order Drugs Were Supposed to Keep Costs Down. It’s Doing the Opposite. One employer was paying about $100 for a prescription for a generic antidepressant, though it could be bought elsewhere for about $12.

Huge congratulations to our staff who celebrated milestones this weekend! As of May 4th, Constance Shrewsbury has been with MInneola Pharmacy for 9 years!!!!! On Cinco de Mayo, Collin Wright reached 2 years with Minneola Pharmacy, and, last but not least, Marie Acton celebrated a wedding anniversary!!! Be sure to give a shout out to these staff! We certainly could not do it without them!

Bless Ideatek and their speedy service! They were able to fix Jan's mess up and we are back up and running!!!!

This has been a rough week for Minneola Pharmacy😞 Our internet is currently down (Jan's fault) which means our phone system is also down. We have a technician on the way and will have this resolved as soon as we can! I am so sorry and we once again, apologize for the inconvenience.

I apologize profusely. My server went down about an hour ago and we cannot run any applications without it. Therefore, we cannot fill scripts, or even run the register. We have contacted everyone on our support team and we hope to have the issue resolved in the morning.

Happy snowy morning!! Unfortunately, I believe I will have to close the pharmacy today. Road crews are working non stop, but parts of highway 54 are still closed and my county roads will be some of the last to be cleared.

I felt it necessary to head on home. I closed up around 2:30pm. We will see how it goes tomorrow and will open as soon as we can. The wind has picked up and visibility is almost zero. Stay home and stay safe!!!!

With the threat of blizzard like conditions, our plan is to be open in the morning. However, state law requires that a pharmacist be on site in order for the pharmacy to be open. Since both our pharmacists live out of town, we will just play it by ear and see how the afternoon goes. We apologize for any inconvenience, but want to make sure our staff is safe.
