I myself have witnessed my close family and friends be diagnosed and even die from lifestyle disease. So now I am a Health Coach focusing on Functional Nutrition, and cannot wait to help educate people about small steps in your eating and daily habits that can make an enormous difference in your health. Although the way I play, may not be the same for you or your friends and family. I help people find a way to help them put some sort of play back into their life. Whether it be time with friends, or by yourself. Sometimes a good book or a walk by yourself is the kind of play you need and other times it is amazing how a group of friends gathering can lift your spirits. So I help each find their happy place! Gardening is an amazing hobby. It truly teaches you that patience is a virtue. I help people find an easy way to grow their own food and also grow themselves in the process. Growing is something that is inevitable. People need to constantly be growing. Spiritually, physically, and mentally. I will help you find your way to your own personal growth. I have studied to be a Certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute of Integrated Nutrition and am currently studying alongside, Andrea Nakayama and the Holistic Nutrition Lab to focus on Functional Nutrition.
