Another big one for the 2024 Chapter. Last year we installed new posts, doubled joists, deck boards, and Regal glass railing system on this beautiful lake home at Garrison Creek, revolutionizing the outdoor experience and feel of this space. This year we made it even better by stripping and resealing/staining the deck and all the wooden siding on all the buildings to bring a whole new look and feel as well as to protect the siding from deteriorating and increase its lifespan.

These two garages belong to two extremely wise Nextdoor neighbors who intelligently decided to invest in their indoor parking by giving it the Golden Touch. The results prove themselves in this beautiful epoxy shield coating with clear coat and proper prep. The new vinyl baseboards will never rot upon exposure to water and will help water never reach the footer or studs behind the Sheetrock. One of the garages also got new stop moulding, some drywall repair and a fresh coat of paint. A worth-while investment.

This lucky customer got a whole tree row - for FREE! (Well, almost free, except for us.)

At their home in Green Acres over the past few years this family had accidentally acquired 15 blackhills spruce, varying in size, amounting to over $1,000 in free trees. They had the perfect place and use in mind for these beauties, and the experts to transplant them. Covering almost 250 lineal feet of a much needed tree line, these trees will transform this out of town home for years to come.

A great opportunity for all involved and another little check mark on the endless job list!

You may spend more time in your bathroom than you think, or would like to admit, so it's never a terrible idea to invest in making it exactly how you want it! Spring is upon us, and soon we'll be working outside- last call for interior work!

This customer gave himself an early Christmas present at their cabin in the woods! GTS had the opportunity to do a complete facelift on this hidden gem, installing over 800 sq ft of vinyl plank, door casing & baseboard throughout the entire home!

What’s that in the zoomed in picture in the middle of the room? That would be a trap door, for crawl space access! Hard to see, right? There’s one in the bathroom too!
Previously, these trap doors were eye sores & tripping hazards- bare plywood with multiple rugs & carpet over top. Now they are smoothly & aesthetically integrated into the new floor & easier to access too!

As is evident in these images, Golden Touch isn’t afraid to work around your individual situation. It took a little longer but an amplitude of this customer’s belongings being in the home was a simple obstacle to overcome- and it would be in your home too. So out of all the reasons to hold off on a bucket list project, don’t let that be one of them!

Despite its owner being involved in the the construction of HighAir Ground Trampoline Park in his childhood, Golden Touch Specialties LLC has been honored to be a part in its newest attraction and one of the most game-changing improvements to the park since its opening in 2016. Golden Touch had the opportunity to play the underdog when asked to frame out a wall that now supports the revolutionary Freedom Climber, a one of a kind, unique and innovative, rotating climbing wall for people of all ages. We also helped install this climbing wall and saw the project through from start to finish.

As a construction company of any kind, you will have boring days, terrible days, and very rewarding days- and this was a very rewarding day.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! This complex unfortunately had to undergo a large exterior drain-tile install that was left without a polish-coat. That’s where we come in! We turned this adversity into a benefit by expanding the rock bed to be more coherent with the building and the other existing bed. Seeded the remaining portion and it will make for much less hill mowing, w**d wacking and overall less maintenance! These owners are happy and say they would’ve done it anyways!

A much needed transformation! If you look closely at this beautiful drone footage, every tree was pruned, every shrub was sized & shaped, trees that formed from w**ds were removed, life was brought back to this beautiful home’s outdoor living! A satisfied customer indeed!
