It’s been a month since I decided to pursue my passion for food full time, and it has been one of the most chaotic yet most rewarding experiences in my life, so far.
As I take this moment to reflect on this start to my new journey, my heart is full of gratitude for your overwhelming support.
Knowing that my edible creations added a special touch to your celebrations, fills me with immense joy. Every slice of cheese, every curl of prosciutto, every drop of honey that you enjoy, makes all my struggles to get this business off the ground worthwhile.
[And I can’t even begin to express how blessed I feel that we continue receiving requests for our New Year’s Eve platters and boards.
Creating these boards is more than just a culinary endeavor for me. It’s about weaving together a shared experience that brings us closer to our loved ones, creating new stories, new opportunities, and new connections, even in small ways.
As we say goodbye to this year and welcome the new one, I’m excited to bring a piece of this joy to your New Year’s Eve celebrations.
