I have few words & many emotions deleting this recurring event. Looking forward to paying $260/month into retirement instead. Thanks Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden & most of Congress for erasing never-ending student debt so my family, many families, can thrive in the future.

This week's cubicle.... Handmade Talavera tile isn't for everyone, but when it lands, it hits! So much fun playing with colors and patterns in this tiny bathroom. Check out that toilet!

This month's cubicle. Shower with stone coin accents, heated floor with 18" x 36" (!) tiles. Had a few 1st rodeo experiences, which always invigorates me. So pleased with the client's choices: unique and stylish! Looking forward to 2nd rodeos...3rd & beyond!
