Make sure you that you check the licenses number for any massage therapist that you let work on you. We are not allowed to work on anyone without an active license…if your MT doesn’t have one tell them to kick rocks and ✌🏽

Workout peeps, muscle recovery is just as important as the workout itself.

Are your nails done? Hair? If so, why are those more important than your selfcare massage🥺. You need to feel as good as you look on the outside in the inside too….while you’re scheduling your massage go ahead and find a mental health therapist also 😊.

P.S If they aren’t done that’s okay too. Baby steps…..schedule your massage first though 😅

Unless you have a medical condition you should never turn down a foot massage. Your massage therapist doesn't care if you haven't shaved your legs, put lotion on, or gotten a pedicure. That goes for legs too (there is nothing embarrassing about cellulite).

Make sure to find a therapist that you are comfortable with and remember it is a professional environment.
