I have lost 5lbs and am feeling so much healthier
I am fluctuating between 4-5 lbs gone since I started Bravenly. I have cheated a few times though. (Culver's ice cream)
But I am feeling much better. I was feeling like something was missing in my body. I was always tired. Woke up exhausted and was in bed at night between 8-9 pm.
Now I am waking up some what normal and i am in bed between 10-11 pm.
I have more energy! And my body doesn't hurt as bad as it was.
Only 2 weeks in and I feel like a new person

Weight update.... 212 = 5 lbs gone
I am feeling more alert and I was able to work a 12 hr day yesterday and still came home made dinner and did book work.
I even seemed to stay up till about 11pm.
4lbs gone
