Hello everyone! We will we opening the doors today from 9 A.M-6 P.M for pick ups, however we are without running water for now until tomorrow more than likely so we will only be able to take ice chest for drop offs until tomorrow. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. No whole deer drop offs until Thursday morning

Due to extreme weather conditions, we will be closing the doors for pick ups at 6 P.M today and will re open on Wednesday at 9 A.M. We will not be taking anymore drop offs as of now, until Wednesday morning as well. Our self check in will be closed as well until Wednesday. Thank you all for your understanding and be safe if you choose to get out on the roads and stay warm!

Hello everyone! We’re very sorry to inform you that we have reached maxed capacity that we can take in our hang up coolers. We will continue taking ice chest today and tomorrow and will resume taking whole deer on Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding!

Hello everyone! We are currently looking for a day time skinner that could work typically Monday-Friday from 9-5. While not skinning deer you will be required to bring the deer in and out for our butcher. If anyone is interested please give us a call at 318-307-2433 for details

Hey y’all! After an Extremely Busy Thanksgiving weekend, and our Extremely Hard working Butcher Staff, our freezers have filled up FAST! So if we have called you to pick up, please try to do so as soon as possible!

Just in time for Thanksgiving ... The Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana picked up deer meat from Ashley’s Deer Processing. Thank you to all of the generous sportsmen in the Ouchita area.

In order to prepare for the weekend hunt, we will not be taking any whole deer OR ice chest on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. We will resume drop offs Friday morning. Thank you for understanding.

We will be open from 2-9 PM on Thanksgiving Day. Our self check in will be open inside the gate should you need to drop off any earlier.

We are looking for a front counter person during the day starting the first week in November through the end of January. Hours will be 9-5 Monday through Friday, with the possibility of an occasional Saturday or Sunday. Duties will include Customer Service, managing inventory, and keeping things washed and cleaned. Hello everyone! Deer season is upon us and we will be opening this Sunday, October 1st. We will be open from 9 A.M - 9 P.M. Sunday hours could vary after the 1st. After that, we will be open everyday from 9 A.M - 9 P.M. We also want to apologize for the sign in the front of the building as it was blown away in a storm that we had but it will be back up this week! Also, unfortunately we are having to change our business cell phone number and we have not yet gotten our new one but for temporarily, if you have any questions at all, you can call 318-418-3852.
