DB Landscape & Grading

Ok non dirt related. We needed another truck and I’m not typically a used car dealer guy. Looking to save some $ I decided I’d go used. Found a really clean and well kept truck on market place. Come to find out it’s at Fursst Class Cars. Ok here we go! I talked to them via messenger and text, decided I’m gonna atleast go check it out. Here’s where it gets unbelievable. Everything they told me was exactly what it was. Absolutely no BS at all. All very good guys and a lot full of what I would consider clean respectable vehicles. Probably my best car buying experience. I would highly recommend Brandon Nash & Furrst Class Cars Buy/Sell/Trade. Also Brandon Nash is one hell of a notarist!

Back to a few posts ago about French drains. Grading at this building was severely off. Someone decided on French drains and down spout drains a few years back. Everything had failed and building flooded a few times. We cut about 450 yards of dirt. Now it pitches away and can never fail. Also installed concrete apron. Late night but done. No dought regrading areas are not cheap. but it’s a lot cheaper than paying someone to install french drains and then they fail so then you pay to regrade. Drains and pipe typically fail over time due to clogging, collapsing or just pour installation. Gravity never fails.

The “NO CHARGE” post got a lot of action!! 2024 is rough financially for everyone. When everything is at an all time high price wise a storm like that can pile hundreds if not thousands of dollars in extra cost nobody expected. I’m glad we could help. We met a lot of good people and they were all very appreciative. I’m sorry we couldn’t get to everyone so we took the ones that were elderly and driveway blocking/washouts 1st. Reclamation of storage/parking area. When everything is built at wrong height and all buildings are getting water in them. Installed 8” concrete pitched to catch basins and 12” drain pipe to redirect all run off & down spouts to another area. Thank you E&S.
