Just a reminder. ALWAYS get a SEPTIC INSPECTION before you purchase the home of your DREAMS or you could end up with a septic NIGHTMARE!
EVEN ON NEW BUILDS!
Example: We attempted a septic inspection on a new build and various types of lines had been ran over the lids of the tank. Tanks must have access for pump outs, repairs, etc.
Someone else had to make the corrections and foot the bill. NOT THE BUYER!

Best news I've seen today and it comes from the folks at Sunny Skyz.

Utility workers were ordered to replace an old telephone pole as a new street light was being installed, but a woodpecker had made its home in the old pole.

Here is what the workers came up with so the bird's house was left undisturbed.

Sometimes doing the right thing and being kind takes a little thought, ingenuity and work.

Let this stand as a reminder that being kind always leads to positive results. 😊
