Two 3 phase Comfortmaker systems installed

A discovery made while getting into the attic on a service call. Not the reason we were there but the airflow might have improved when we reconnected this supply duct. Importance of periodic checkups…

This is what that little arrow is for when you install your filters. This filter is obviously way overdue but since it was backwards it was pulled apart and into the duct

The remains of a 1984 air handler that we replaced. Tiny access to the attic where it lived led to this relic coming out in pieces.

Quick condenser replacement this morning. We were able to get the old one working but homeowner decided to replace it for peace of mind and reliability

Leaking r22 unit replaced with nice Comfortmaker evaporator coil and condenser. Able to keep the older furnace in service to save the homeowner a couple bucks

Homeowner requested a very small footprint for 3 of his condensers during a remodel. We made it happen with these neat compact side discharge units.

If your HVAC contractor is sloppy enough to leave your old parts in your attic, he’s probably sloppy enough to leave the new parts loose and hanging inside your equipment.

Replaced the transformer to keep this old unit running but more importantly mounted the new transformer properly and secured the existing capacitor in its correct location.

Replaced 15 year old condenser unit this morning with a nice pretty Comfortmaker unit
