As tbdNOW begins its THIRD year of business, I'm excited to share a recap of some of the fulfilling work we've been immersed in over the past two years...

As a consultant for the Montgomery Bar Association, tbdNOW:
-- recently launched the 8th year of the award-winning Leadership Academy, a year-long, next-generation leadership development program for many of the MBA's best rising leaders;
-- led 2021 Leadership Academy members in the development of a project focusing on the improvement of wellness in the legal profession, recommendations for which are currently being implemented throughout the MBA;
-- in response to Covid-restrictions, created and administered an online summer workshop component for the Robert E. Slota, Jr. Diversity Internship and Development program for historically under-represented law and pre-law students;
-- oversaw historic engagement in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which earned the 2020 Committee of the Year award;
-- served as an organizer and presenter for the PBA's 2020 Diversity Summit, which earned the PBA Diversity and Inclusion Award;
-- moderated a thought-provoking panel discussion on Anti-Asian hate, featuring ABC's Nydia Han (https://lnkd.in/eZanpmPu); and
-- presented workshops on connection, gratitude, communication, storytelling, self-awareness, and more...

Serving as a consultant for the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, tbdNOW:
-- Oversaw the first phase of the County's historic Hurricane Ida Disaster Relief Response;
-- recently completed the fourth year of the HHS Emerging Leaders program, an innovative program which develops leadership and collaboration across HHS offices;
-- facilitated the first all-day Emerging Leaders alumni retreat;
-- provided one-on-one executive coaching to HHS employees;
-- provided leadership and program development services for the Montgomery County Multi-Faith Coalition, a ground-breaking initiative which brings together people from faith communities and service providers to promote collaboration, dialogue, and the sharing of resources;

Working within the community, tbdNOW developed the Youth Leadership Program for the Philip Jaisohn Memorial Foundation for Korean-American high school students and rising leaders;

Serving as an executive and personal development coach, tbdNOW provided one-on-one coaching for lawyers, executives, college students, and high school students;

Sharing lessons on empathy, self-awareness, and strength-based leadership, tbdNOW owner, Nancy Walsh, served as the Keynote Speaker for the Pennsylvania Economic Developers Association Annual Conference;

Best of all? TbdNOW met and developed relationships with some of the BEST people around! Stay tuned for what's coming around the bend!

Proud and honored to have worked alongside my dear friend, Jimmy Chong, to help organize the Asian Justice Rally in Philadelphia last weekend. ABC's Nydia Han, along with many inspiring elected representatives from across the Delaware Valley joined in support of this important cause, speaking passionately against the shocking escalation of violence and hatred against Asian Americans. This event was part of a national movement with simultaneous events held across the country.
