AutismOklahoma is taking it back to the 80's with our Green Tea Party!

This is a girls-only event. It is for girls and women to come together, become motivated in the presence of others, and share their voices. There will be a fashion show, talent show,special guests, and much more!

It’s completely normal for kids to feel anxious at times. Knowing how to help our kids when they are stressed is important to help them feel safe! Dive into these kid friendly anxiety busting tips for the next time your kid is anxious 🌈
1. Deep breathing
2. Validate their feelings
3. Use comforting objects, such as fidget toys, favorite toys, stuffed animals, or blankets
4. Model positive self-talk
5. Praise and reward brave behavior when facing things that make them worried
