Protecting and serving in his streets.
Trying to make a difference in every way.
With his partner Ramon to brighten his day.
That night his shift came down to what we fear.
When we lost a hero that we all held dear.
Our eyes with tears and broken apart.
We still press on with his memory in our heart.
You see just because he is not here does not mean he is gone.
It just means he’s got your six until God calls you home.
But always know you are never alone.
Because with God and us we’re Mooresville Strong.
