Conditioning/Practice this week, November 27th - December 1st

Remember, we will weigh the kids in Tuesday night during practice, and we will do an intersquad match on Thursday night.

Practice/conditioning for this week November 20th through 24th:

Tuesday 530-7pm

Just practicing Tuesday night because of Thanksgiving. We will be back to 2 nights the following week

Tues 530-7pm
Thur 530-7pm

If you haven't already done this please do! Go in to your child's Final Forms profile and select Wrestling as one of their sports so that they show up in my roster and I can check physicals and may also take attendance on that platform.

Tuesday 5:30 - 7pm
Thursday 5:30 - 7pm

Remember you have to have physical on file to be able to practice/condition. Bring running and wrestling shoes if you have them. Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night! Your wrestler will be bringing home a sheet of paper for info about Sports You app, I will be using that for our communications this year. I have already uploaded all conditioning practices for this month in that app.

Just a reminder:
Conditioning starts next Tuesday night November 7th from 5:30-7pm in the High School Wrestling Room. Enter through Door #9. Make sure they have both running shoes and Wrestling shoes if they already have them. Looking forward to getting this season started.

We had a great turnout for the PHMS Wrestling Call-Outs this morning. Numbers are looking great again this year. I noticed on call-out sheet I put Door #19 and that should've been Door #9. Looking forward to getting this season going. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
