Dessert from last nights #ItalymeetsJapan dinner hosted by Chefdamianocarrara! “The Coconut” has coconut mousse, coconut water, chocolate almond crumble, roasted pineapple, peanut crèmeux, Maldon sea salt, and pink peppercorn!

Each panettone sold at Carrara Pastries was hand made by Chef Massimiliano Carrara. Starting with 100 year old mother yeast, hand zested lemon and oranges, and fresh vanilla bean. Imported candied fruit is then added to the Classico and dark chocolate to the Cioccolato. Both are finished with a delicious homemade almond glaze and pearl sugar. In total, it takes a three day labor of love to reach this final product!
