This past Saturday Vista Verde Cougars E-Esports team competed in the district Rocket League tournament. Winning our first round of games we went undefeated in our first stage. Unfortunately we came up against a tough team in round two and ended our day. Overall it was a great day for the Cougars!

Donations can be made online at myapexevent.com, or cash/check donations are able to be turned into the Apex Team at school as well.

If your student has lost/does not have their access code, you can email us with your student’s name, so we can get that code to you!

Tomorrow is our BIG COLORFUL EVENT!! Those who are participating (students and staff) please make sure to wear comfy shoes and be prepared to go home COLOR MESSY! :)

Former VVMS Cougar Travion Brown now a college graduate and currently in the NFL draft came to visit his teachers that helped shaped him. VVMS Cougars do big things!

Parents! Tomorrow we will be collecting CASH donations during lunch!! Let’s raise some money for our school!

Pie in the face with APEX! Tonight’s Challenge: Top 3-5 students that make the biggest jump in donations will get a dozen donuts to share with friends or have for themselves!

Last weekend the winners of the Riverside County National History Day contest participated in the California State National History Day Competition at Sacramento State University. We are proud to announce that all Val Verde students reached the finals and one was named Runner-Up! Please congratulate our California State National History Day participants as their hard work and dedication were recognized across the state. CONGRATULATIONS!

REMINDER: The Color Games are coming up on April 26, 2024! Raise donations for prizes and help fundraise for schoolwide events and dances at Vista Verde!

The color battle event on Friday, April 26 is a pay to play event. Student who raised a minimum of a $30 donations will be able to participate. Also, raffle tickets for chance to win gift cards will only be valid for those who are in the event.

We had our PACK party today, celebrating all Cs or better and no more than one OR for all grade levels. Thank you to all that came and Mr. Martin for helping pass out our treats.
