As I'm about to wrap these Briskets I am remembering when I used to set up and not one person would stop by or even look at the menu. I remember the crushing feeling of staying up all night BBQ'n and excited to meet folks and not one customer. The last time I set up like that I saw two folks walking by that were down on their luck and I asked how they were doing and if they were hungry. I talked with them for a bit and they asked if anyone stopped by and I said no. He said to me that I have to keep going. I am extremely Grateful for Everybody. Y'all are Amazing!!! My Parents, my Family, every single person that is involved and believes in me. If Y'all could only see the effort and sacrifice that I saw in those who believe in this. It's truly amazing to see and we all get to be a part of. Everybody that takes the time to stand in line and I get to talk to and build friendships with thank you all. I am Happy to BBQ for y'all!

A little bit of Baby Back Ribs never hurt nobody, Except the Spicy Habanero ones that we also have tonight on the menu. I'm just going to let y'all know I made a Batch of Spicy Habanero BBQ Sauce and I tried it and an ambulance was almost called 🤣

Hi Y'all I hope everybody is doing wonderful. We will be back this week for @ Friday Night Market. We are throwing on some Beef Ribs this time and also I wanted to try out Smoked Candied Pork Belly and of course we will also smoke some Brisket, Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs. It was a blast last time and was wonderful to see familiar faces again. I'll see y'all soon Be safe!
