Yes ladies, you can cover acne and not look cakey! The trick to covering acne comes in three parts. The first is to make sure any scabs or dry patches are moisturized so the makeup doesn’t stick to the dry parts only. Second is to Color correct the redness so it doesn’t show through the foundation. Lastly, you want to build the coverage on the acne. You don’t want to slap a full coverage foundation on it because that’s when it starts to look heavy.

Hey Brides! Let’s talk about makeup inspiration and your photographer’s editing style. It’s really important that you show your MUA what your Photographer’s editing style is. Why you ask? Well, that way they know how much makeup they need to apply. Some photographer’s style is really light and airy, so your MUA might need to apply a little more makeup, that way you don’t look like you’re not wearing any at all. Some photographer’s style is really dark and moody, so if you put on really dark makeup, it’s going to look even darker in your photos. Keep all of this in mind when choosing your makeup reference photos and artists. Just a tip from lil Kimtsy!

It has been a hot 🔥 minute since we’ve been able to post on here! Like every other wedding vendor we have been slammed with work these past couple of months. We are so grateful for every inquiry we receive and want to thank all who have inquired for their patience. We want to remind everyone that this year is unlike any other year in the past.
I used to be able to respond within minutes of an inquiry and now our minimum response time is one week.
Please know that Lisa and I are trying our absolute best to get back to you in a timely manner.
Due to the increase in demand, we are raising our rates on September 1st 2021. If you inquire before September 1st, you will get our current rates.
