But for real don’t shave in between waxes because it ruins any progress we were making.

“If it gets any hotter, I’ll have to take off stuff I really ought to keep on.” Basically, it’s too dang hot and I’m sweating everywhere…like everyyywhereee

And while one might not think a little b***y sweat won’t hurt..ain’t nobody wanting to stink! So here’s some tips to help avoid it as much as one can in these melting mountains!

•Cotton or Linen all the way for un**es and your clothes. Keep the light for extra flowage of air
•Change if you’ve done some extra sweating like working out, hiking, any of the hot activities.
•Always recommend getting rid of excess hair..you don’t have to be completely bare but clean up those bikini lines really helps the odors not lock into the hair
•Take them showers and scrub those areas with soap at least twice a day..and no the swimming pool doesn’t count
•If you’re a real drencher, use some wipes to help with excess sweat throughout the day.

You can always give a full body deodorant a try, we have available in our shop and will definitely help with any residual odors!

A mother’s plea

June 19, 2021, my world change beyond my last breath. My King, My sunshine, My strength, My motivation took his last breath as his nurse was replacing blood products that he needed to sustain his life. Demetry’s short battle of chronic myeloid leukemia taught my family, friends, and community members the importance of paying attention to your body, having a primary care doctor, and donating blood.

Demetry attempted to organize a blood drive to raise awareness of the importance and to encourage everyone especially the African American community to donate before his death. We had a lot of first time donors the last two years and welcome more. We had a few who were not eligible but I encouraged many to find a P*P and do an annual check up. Demetry saved lives beyond his ashes.

It’s ingrown hair season due to sweaty bacteria from workouts and sun exposure. Make sure you are properly exfoliating so your wax specialist is a waxer not a picker☝🏾

How to exfoliate:
