Q: What’s the most memorable moment from your time in AFROTC?
A: The first one that comes to mind is a color guard that I did freshmen year where the state flag continually hit me in the face and knocked my cover down and one of the upper class men had to verbally guide me during the march out cause I couldn't see anything. A nice reminder that there are people to guide you when you're not sure where you're going.
Q: What are you most excited about as you get ready to begin your career?
A: The opportunities. The best things that have happened in my life have been on a whim and when I've embraced the unexpected. LA was definitely unexpected and I can't wait to see what it brings to my life adventures.
