We’re excited to introduce some amazing updates to our coaching staff at CrossFit Morgantown! Our team is stronger than ever, and we can’t wait for you to get to know them better.

Here’s a quick rundown of our coaching staff:

- Peyton joins us as a new coach with a focus on powerlifting.
- Mike Charlton steps up as a support coach, helping with our work with the Morgantown Police Department and Chaplainship.
- Shawnee is now fully on board as a coach and will also be leading our children’s program this fall.
- TJ continues his role as a coach, Facilities Manager, and our CFM Chaplain.

Shon and Michelle Rowan, Lauren DeWitt, Maria Sedney, Kent McBride, and of course, Sarah Giosi, complete this powerhouse team supporting holistic wellness of our members and the greater Community Fitness of Morgantown operations.

Hey everyone, my church does a fundraiser every time this year for kids in need of back packs and school supplies. The book bags run about 50$ a piece with all the supplies they put in them. If anyone would like to donate, I will have envelopes in my office starting Tuesday. You do not have to donate 50$, it can be any amount. If you can’t donate, please share or say a prayer that we can meet the demand for the kids in need! I appreciate you all ❤️

Let’s just say I’ve got a couple battle wounds from today….. however I’m truly blessed and grateful for all of the love and support I have been shown in starting my own business.
