Meet Scott!!

He was born in Morristown New Jersey and moved with his family to Raleigh, NC in the summer of 1988.

He’s been with Tribeca Hospitality since 2017, starting at Tribeca Tavern as executive chef until September of 2022 when he transferred to Chatham Meat Co as General Manager/ Head Butcher.

A little fun fact about Scott is that in 2015 he won best Banh MI in America (a vietnamese sandwich). The best part being it was the first time he’d ever made a Banh Mi sandwich. 😆

Scott is a valued member of our team and a great leader. Come say hi to him today!

Today, we have also sold our 200th Owen Christie Burger, So, in Honor of Owen we have decided to redesign our menu & layout in order to introduce to you on the full-time menu.... The Owen Christie Bacon Cheddar Burger.
