Last year your feedback led to some great changes for the MVBA student athletes!

Based on the feedback we received last year, we:

-Added MVBA off-season player development opportunities

-Added plyometric, strength, and speed training

-Increased options by promoted quality, external training facilities and opportunities

-Implemented a new player evaluation software to improve the tryout process

-Added grade appropriate coach’s clinics

-Refreshed our uniforms and apparel

-Worked to improve practice times/locations to the best of our ability

-Improved the navigation of the website

-Created new volunteer opportunities

🏀 Practice makes progress! Summer is a great time to have fun playing the sport you love with your friends and getting better by doing it! Want a double dose of improvement? Combine athleticism training off the court with skills effort on the court to level up your basketball skills & gain coordination and confidence. Whether it's shooting hoops or perfecting dribbles, each session brings you closer to your best game. 💪
