Let me start by saying congrats to Cody and Drew. You have a house!

Let me start by saying Cody has been my friend since Mrs. Thomas's kindergarten class and we're still kickin it today.

I helped Cody buy his first home a few years back and we had to have looked at over 30 houses before we finally got the one. This time, it was house #3, on the first day (thank you Drew 🙏 lol). Had to beat out some crazy offers, but we got it!

Couldn't be happier for you guys and your next chapter in life and a great big house perfect for the doggos!

Repeat clients (and one of my first clients ever) are my favorite. It reaffirms that I'm doing something right, and when I have great clients it makes serving them that much easier. This sale was one of the most wild rides in my career for sure, but we made it to the closing table. Thank you Karen for trusting me and my team and for being a great friend since our first deal together.

Super excited and happy for someone I consider my brother. Such a crazy deal from beginning to end, but this was the house for him and we went through the trenches to get this one closed.
