Pray for our team heading to Costa Rica today, including, Esteban and Jessica, who joined our church last year. They have a deep passion for reaching the Hispanic community in Wilson County and for sharing the Gospel in their home country. Let’s pray for God’s wisdom and guidance over this team as they seek to build relationships, explore new opportunities, and discern future mission trips that The Glade Church can undertake in partnership with Esteban and Jessica.

In John 13, Jesus shows us that true leadership isn’t found in authority, but in humble service. When He washed His disciples’ feet, He taught us that humble service requires three powerful types of love:

Unconditional Love - No one is too unworthy of our care.

Willful Love - Serving others requires choosing to love, even when it’s hard.

Sacrificial Love - True service always costs, just as Jesus gave all for us.

As followers of Christ, let’s remember this week that every act of service, big or small, reflects His heart.
