Whew! It's been a busy week, so we are late in posting!

Grand Grilling WILL be at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens Farmers Market tomorrow Saturday June 1st. 9-12

This weekend at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens is Garden Fair from 4-8pm on Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday, May 10 and 11.

That means FARMERS MARKET will be
9a to 3pm on Saturday. GG will be there all day.

BONELESS, CUBED LOINS ON THE GRILL!!!! (in addition to our regular pork, sausage and brat burgers.)

I am sooo proud of my small crew!!! Dave, Dayton, and Mike worked like Champs all the month of December with all the catering jobs we accomplished!

That's a side of GG that doesn't get talked about as much as the Farmers Market side of business. But they asked me to put the numbers together (they were curious) of what we did. Wow, I just want and need to brag on my crew!

So here goes...
Starting December 1st to December 22nd...
*23 trips out the drive (some companies we fed different shifts so each trip was counted)
*We served every meat on our menu,
lots of pulled pork, plus ham, smoked chops, beef n noodles, pork loin, meat loaf, grilled chicken, lasagna, shrimp cocktail, NY Strip, T-Bone and Beef Filet.
*Now here is the shocker...We made more than 1,400 meals by request!!! Now we didn't feed quite that many due to unknown illness at the time orders were served or delivered, due to Covid or other illness, so the Muncie Mission got the benefit of some overages.
That was AMAZING - I am so so proud of my tiny, but mighty crew! They are enjoying the rest of the month and a good part of January off to recuperate (as am I). 😊
