My blueberry mead is gone. Some how it got knocked over and all over the new carpet floor. Now my mead room smells like alcohol and mead.

A 3lb bottle to make a batch of mead when I get home from Boise ID. Hope I can find some local jelly or preserves up here at this time of year.

First time making 1.5 gallon batch. Now I get to wait 6 weeks till I bottle it. Let’s hope it tastes good.

Leaven in 4 days. Any takers before I leave for 6-7 weeks??
