We are headed to Heavenly View Cabin this Memorial Day weekend. Can’t wait to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.

There are so many outdoor activities near Heavenly View Cabin—Nantahala Outdoor center for white water rafting and zip lining, hiking at Fire’s Creek and Hanging Dog, tubing on the Toccoa river, boating/fishing on Lake Chatuge, and the Marina Station water park on Lake Chatuge that is opening this weekend. All within a 30 to 40 minute drive. Come enjoy the cool crisp weather in the beautiful smoky mountains.

Fun weekend getaway at Heavenly View cabin! I tried the new donut shop, Crafted Dough. The coffee, cinnamon buns and donuts were amazing! The owners are from Florida! What a small world!

We had a great time at NOC white water rafting! And it’s only 40 minutes from Heavenly View Cabin. NOC also has zip lining, ducky and kayak rentals. Lots of outdoor fun! And a great meal and alcoholic beverages at the River’s Edge restaurant.
