Uvolnit Brewing
Uvolnit translates from Slovak to relax, loosen, unwind. The beers are made to drink to relax from the daily stresses of life.

New on tap for winter is a super dark Baltic Porter. Very smooth, smells and tastes like a very strong cold brew coffee. 9.6% abv.
Here we have a Brown IPA. 2nd runnings of the latest Winter Ale. It's slightly dark malty with just enough of hop flavor. Simcoe and Amarillo hops.
New on tap for the winter season is a Dark Winter Oak Vanilla Bourbon Ale @ 9.2% abv. It's a dark stong ale flavored with aged vanilla beans and bourbon soaked oak. It drinks light and smooth with plenty of flavor. Great for a cold night by the campfire.
Winter vanilla bourbon oak ale brewed today. Will be a nice Christmas sipper.
New NEIPA on tap! Vic Secret and Wai-Iti hops. Insanely fruity.
Cream Ale is a success. Stop by for a pour of "regular beer"!
Mega hazy big New England IPA brew today using ridiculous amounts of Vic Secret and Wai-Iti hops. This one shall be exciting.
Have a nice, refreshing tropical hard cider on tap.
First brew at the new location in the Pittsburgh area! Double Sticky Icky IPA. Heavy doses of hops, light body, and somehow 8.7% ABV.
My Cascade Hops are flowering nicely!
Homebrew operations are moving from NC to PA, should be a bunch of new brews once set up, hopefully in October.
Sticky Icky DIPA. Super hoppy, light smooth body, mega dank - grapefruity and slightly tropical. Roll this one!
Brewed a Czech Pilsner today. In about 6 weeks we'll see how it tastes!
New beer on tap, Joe's Exotic NEIPA. Lovely doses of Mosaic and Denali hops. Big fruity aromas of ripe peaches and pineapples with a nice, full, sweet mouthfeel from wheat, oats, and lactose. This beer is fruitier than a gay, gun slinging, hillbilly with a bleached out mullet who owns loads of in**ed tigers.
Yep, I made a hard apple cider, with added red raspberries. It tastes amazing! Dry, fairly tart and, just a tad sweet. 5.9% abv.
Tropical Candy IPA. Turned out decent. Mostly El Dorado hops with Idaho 7 dry hops. Pretty tasty. Sweet malt taste from Honey Malt with tropical fruit flavor and aroma.

I'd say I nailed it! Exact same color as the real thing and actually a tad clearer. Taste and smell is super close, mine tastes fresher, which it is straight from a keg and should be. Bells Two Hearted IPA clone.
I've got 2 massively hazy hop forward IPAs fermenting. Pretty excited to give these a try in a week.
Three Kitties Double IPA with extra dry hops. Quite nice and hoppy but not as tropical and juicy as expected. Tried making a NEIPA with uncommon NEIPA hops.
Three Kitties Double IPA
Three Kitties Double IPA. A bit warm @ 8.7% ABV, fairly hoppy. Not as wonderful as expected. Going to try and keg hop it for added goodness.
What a lovely day to brew an all Centennial hop IPA
Three Kitties Hazy IPA coming up! Stay tuned in about a week for first tasting.
Black IPA success! Version 4 of the recipe. Super flavorful and easy drinking.
PFG Black IPA brew day on Saturday with guest appearance Walter Taylor. Will be a perfect brew for the cold days ahead!
Latest NEIPA...mega juicy and delicious! Haziest and best one yet.
Monster NEIPA currently brewing. Large grain and hop bill, as usual. Can't wait for this one!
My Cascade hops are budding nicely. Hope to get enough for an IPA batch.
Festbier v2 in process for our annual Oktoberfest celebration in about 2 months! Stay tuned for an invite once we pick a date.
West Coast IPA split batch to try 2 different yeasts. 1 is a Kveik and other an American Ale yeast. Pretty much taste the same but the Kveik adds a touch of fruit flavor and some how a softer aftertaste with less bitterness.
My Cascade hops are growing high! I'm surprised for North Carolina weather, must be the fertilizer I give em. Hoping they produce enough cones for a fresh hop piney IPA in September.
Experimentation time. 2 gallon SMaSH with Cashmere hops to test the aroma and taste. Need to try some new and different hops to make unique brews!
The 9.3% ABV Epidural Double IPA turned out decent. Super dank, a little too bitter.
Current tap list... got many good reviews! The Festbier is amazing and very flavorful for how clear it is. I've impressed myself.
120 min double IPA currently brewing in the rain
