I am proud to announce that I have completed my certification in PTSD and Anxiety Disorders for Massage Therapy. I am determined to continually improve my education and knowledge, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care for my clients. My Phantom Limb Pain course is up next. I have had the privilege of working with amputees, wounded veterans, and individuals with mental health struggles. These courses have only reinforced my passion for my work and my commitment to living my purpose. I thank God every single day he gave me this gift. 💛

A frequent question I get asked is: "What do I need to wear during my massage session?"

The answer is simple. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing.

I do provide a top sheet and blanket that keeps you covered during your massage session. I only uncover the areas I need to work on. Whether it be your arm, leg, back etc... only those areas are uncovered and then you're covered right back up. Everything that stays covered while you're wearing a bathing suit on the beach, will remain covered while in my office. Some clients choose to remove everything, while others choose to keep on undergarments. Either way is just fine with me. Sometimes you don't need to remove anything at all if you're receiving a stretch session! It's all up to what you are most comfortable with!

Curious about the set up for a pediatric massage therapy session?

This is just one set up! This particular type of session is done fully clothed. This 5 year old enjoys watching their favorite show while receiving massage therapy sessions. I have a cell phone tripod in the office to make that a lot easier. This allows their little bodies to lay back and relax without the strain of holding a device. Sometimes we all need a bit of a distraction to allow our nervous system to let go. Children are no different! 🖤

Good Morning!

I would like to remind all my amazing clients and potential clients that massages are - By Appointment Only - I cannot accept walk-ins. I am a very small business of one. In order to give my clients the absolute best service please DO NOT knock on the door if the sign says "Occupied" or "In Session" You can, however, call or text to make an appointment and I will get back to you as soon as I'm available. Yesterday I had an incident of an individual knocking on the door multiple times in the span of a 120 minute session. It was addressed multiple times with as much grace as possible. This is just a friendly reminder of the documented "By Appointment Only" that shows up on business cards, website and social media pages.
