Will BZ Ink

Didn’t get through the entire piece today, he bled too much so I stopped. So waiting for 2weeks so it heals to finish this up. Still have to do more darker tones and add a little more detail, but for the time being, got the mid, light and under tones in for the most part.

So today I had a full day ahead of me. Didn’t get through the entire 2nd piece, he has to come back to get the shading done. Here’s the results of his outline, and her finished product. She went 1st so I had enough time to crank it out.
Pieces like these are my absolute favorite, clients come to me with an idea, tell me what they want and then say “you have creative freedom!” Entirely my style.

GOD is Greater than the Highs and Lows/ Ups and Downs

So today I had the pleasure of Tattooing a piece that represents one of my favorite bands and songs nonetheless. This opportunity opened a door to do more work and build a whole leg sleeve of song quotes and designs based off The Amity Affliction this song is from Don’t Lean On Me, the verse “Let the ocean take me”
Not only was this an amazingly fun piece to do, but I was blessed with such an amazing new client as well. A local firefighter, so doing something like this on someone who puts their life on the line to help others as well as deal with his own personal life is one of the many amazing reasons I love doing what I do. I wouldn’t and couldn’t imagine being anything other than a Tattoo Artist and myself. Not everyday or just anyone get these opportunities in life to connect with others on such a personal level.
And to share stories about what we both go through and relate with.

Did this one of a kind original artwork piece that my client drew a vector design for, and I had the pleasure of coming up with my own tattoo style for it.

Todays piece. Always fun doing roses, but when I’ve upped my game and crank out a piece this clean! Well, the word “Passionate” is an understatement.

So this is a brother sister matching tattoo

Fun is an understatement for these 2 pieces. Challenging myself to make them as identical as I could possibly do, especially with the 2 different locations, not to mention the difference in skin tones. I’m grateful that their expectation wasn’t as much as mine, made it a bit easier to accomplish.

Hit a few touchups on this piece. Had to recolor the eyes, and added more white highlights.

Todays work… client came in said “You have free rein” so this is what I wanted to do today.

The pieces I slammed out today.

So my client today, works for 911 dispatch and asked me to to add this quick little piece in and asked how much more I’d charge. #988 is the hotline for so naturally I didn’t hesitate and said “I’m just going to do it, but I want to do my own style!”

I suffer from suicidal thoughts and have tried when I was a kid and an early adult but to my dismay there’s always been someone there to catch me when I fell. My little sister.

So now I want to do something for others, that suffer through this dark and at most times deadly disease. And yes I say disease, because that’s exactly what it is. It’s not really curable unless we are mentally strong enough with ourselves to fight through it and find the bright side of life, that silver lining that leads us home. It is the very reason most people seek drugs or other vises to numb their own thoughts and feelings.
No matter what you’re dealing with there’s always something worth living for and still hope that follows. Most people loose this battle, whatever their case maybe, it’s still another tragedy in the book of statistics.

I’d like to give something to those who are on brink of ending it all, the ones who have lost all hope and think this is the only way.
