This is a small portico project we completed last month on the front of a Stony Point cottage. All of the framing was clad in cedar for a more rustic character, and the additional elevation on the open ceiling will allow for the homeowner to install a pendant or chandelier.

CityPost railing system on a deck we just built in Nanuet. The original deck had completely degraded. In its place we built a Trex deck platform and completed it with CityPost cable railings to give the space an open, modern look.

Just completed exterior renovation on this Pearl River home. New siding, trim, and shutters. Just waiting on the gutters. Stone work provided by Frank V. Toto Construction

A job that showcases both our interior and exterior renovation capabilities. In June we replaced three windows, the siding and exterior trim on this New City home. In September we returned for a full kitchen renovation, complete with new floors, cabinets, lighting and custom tile backsplash.

Follow-up on the New City basement renovation. With finished walls and ceilings, new lighting, vinyl plank flooring, baseboard heat and a full bathroom this space is ready to become a spacious and comfortable home gym and office combo.
