Rockland Electric is a family owned and operated electrical contracting business that has been based in Rockland since 1981. We are a casual corporate office, and are looking for a highly organized, high energy candidate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answers phone calls, maintains general mailbox, updates office calendar
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Interacts with vendors to obtain price quotes, write purchase orders, and process product submittals.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Accurately records and reports messages
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies.
