STAR POWER...NTC athletes came up BIG in the Napa/Vintage Big Meet and were the standout performers! Sofia with wins/PRs in discus (116' 05) and shot (33' 6.5), Liam with wins/PRs in 110 hurdles (16.16) and pole vault (12' 6), Aliyah with a win and PR in 100 hurdles (16.40) and Tristan with wins in all 3 jumps and PRs in TJ (43' 4.75) and LJ (20' 5.5). Great job and good luck at the Redwood Empire Showcase on Saturday!

A great showing for NTC alums at the Napa/Vintage "Big Meet" this afternoon. Tristan led the charge with a 43' 4.75" triple jump, which is the best mark in the entire Redwood Empire this year. He also had a 21'+ long jump, good for another PR. Congrats to him and to Coach Dominic (also a NTC alum) on the big day!

So nice to have some results to post! NTC alums shined at their first meet of the 2021 campaign. Liam led the way with 4 wins and PRs in HJ, TJ, & PV. Aliyah won 100h, LJ, & 400m. Sofia won shot and discus with a PR in the latter. Tristan was over 20’ to PR and win LJ.
