Combining two direct trade products from Guatemala—medium roast coffee beans from the Lake Atitlán area and artisanal chocolate from Doña Pancha in Xela—the @northcentralcoffeelab introduced its first signature drink this semester known as the “Anita” Mocha (I need a mocha). Parking Pavilion Progress
Over the past few weeks, there has been exciting progress on the south end of campus! Aimed to increase the College’s overall on-campus parking capacity, the four-level parking pavilion will add 427 additional spaces to the College’s parking inventory.
