Each week, the Loaves & Fishes team picks up a beautiful assortment of fresh, organic produce from the Conservation Foundation’s Green Earth Harvest program to distribute to food-insecure families in Will County, ensuring that it typically reaches a family’s hands within 24 hours of harvest. Thanks to this collaboration, we're providing nutritious food and helping transform lives together. 🌱🤝
